Hello all! We have spent the past two days in the capital city of Hanoi, and we’re enjoying the hustle and bustle and culture of Vietnam’s second-largest city. Check out our photos below!

We ate at a restaurant that specializes in food from the ethnic minorities of the highlands, particularly bugs! Apolline is preparing for the cricket she’s about to eat! Turns out she enjoyed it, as did most of the kids that tried!

We leave tomorrow for two nights, three days in Ha Long Bay. We’re excited for our last few days together!
